  • Can I cancel my order after placing it?

    Orders can be canceled before order accepted by vendor. Once accepted, cancellation might not be possible.

  • Can I modify my order after placing it?

    Orders can only be modified before they are packed. After that, modifications are not possible. You can call the Vendor number and can do internal settlement.

  • What happens if an item in my order is out of stock?

    If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and suggest alternatives. If unavailable, you may receive a refund.


  • What if my order is damaged?

    If your order arrives damaged, you can request a return/exchange through the app within 24 hours of delivery.
