At Sabka Mart, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for both customers and shop owners. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet expectations, and for such cases, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.
✅ Return/Exchange Window – Customers can request a return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery.
✅ Eligible Products – Products that are damaged, expired, or incorrect are eligible for return/exchange.
✅ Original Condition Required – Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
1️⃣ Go to Order History – Navigate to the “Orders” section in the Sabka Mart App.
2️⃣ Select the Product – Click on the "Return/Exchange" button for the respective order.
3️⃣ Provide Details – Fill in the reason for return/exchange and attach an image if applicable.
4️⃣ Sabka Mart Approval – Your request will be reviewed by the Sabka Mart within a few hours.
5️⃣ Pickup & Processing – If approved, a delivery boy will be assigned to collect the item and process the return/exchange.
🔹 Exchange – If the product is available, the shop will replace it with a new one.
🔹 Refund – If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued in the original payment method or as store credit.
🔹 Processing Time – Refunds and exchanges are generally processed within 24 hours of pickup.
⚠️ Returns are only accepted within 24 hours of delivery. Requests after this period will not be processed.
⚠️ Final decision on returns/exchanges lies with the shop owner.
⚠️ Sabka Mart only facilitates the return process but does not take responsibility for product quality issues.
