Users agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering on the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Customers can place orders from registered shops on the platform.
Orders can be delivered by Sabka Mart delivery partners or picked up directly by customers.
Customers can request returns or exchanges within 24 hours of delivery, subject to shop policies.
Shop owners must manage their inventory, pricing, and order fulfilment.
Shop owners must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Orders will be assigned to delivery partners based on an optimized algorithm.
Delivery partners must ensure timely and efficient order delivery.
They must comply with platform policies and local regulations.
The platform does not provide real-time location tracking.
Orders placed by customers are final and subject to the shop owner’s terms.
Payment must be completed through the app’s available methods.
Customers can return or exchange products within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the shop owner's policy.
Customers can place orders online and choose self-pickup from participating stores.
Shops will notify customers when their order is ready for pickup.
Customers must pick up orders within the given time frame.
Users agree not to:
Use the platform for unlawful activities.
Misrepresent their identity or affiliation.
Disrupt or interfere with the platform’s functionality.
Upload harmful or malicious content.
Sabka Mart acts as a platform provider and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products.
We are not liable for any damages arising from platform use, including service interruptions or data loss
All platform content and materials are the property of Sabka Mart or its licensors.
Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without prior written permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any policy violations.

Your use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your data.
